Fishing nets can drift in the sea for years, posing a serious threat to marine life. The Earth rug was created through a collaboration between Muubs and Egetæpper.
This patterned rug is made from physically and chemically recycled fishing nets collected from the sea, which are transformed into strong yarn used to weave the large rug.
The flat-woven Earth rug offers a sustainable textile solution for your floor. Its pattern is inspired by the Earth’s surface formations, and both the pattern and raw edges are designed by Muubs.
The rug is produced in Denmark.

Description
Care and Usage Instructions:
Daily cleaning with a vacuum cleaner. Remove dirt with a dry cloth or a white paper towel. Use warm water to moisten the stained area and then dry the liquid with a dry cloth. If cleaning with water does not help, use a universal stain remover. If none of the above methods work, dry cleaning is required.
NB! Always treat the stain from the outer edge toward the center and never use products containing chlorine, as they may bleach the product.
